For this edition of Moving Violations, Russ looks at a panelboard installed in a closet. The closet is being used for storage, which means Russ must move items out of the way in order to access the panelboard. This is a clear violation of the working requirements in Sec. 110.26. There is also a Sec. 240.24(A) violation because it isn’t readily accessible. Finally, Russ points out a Sec. 240.24(D) violations due to the contents of the closet, which you can see for yourself in the video.
